Not a résumé. Just who I am, where the obsession came from, and who I'm trying to become.
Where it started
I'm Bhavya, a computer science student in Bengaluru. The short version: I got curious about how the internet physically exists, and I couldn't stop pulling the thread. Servers, then the buildings they live in, then the power and cooling those buildings need, then the cables running under the ocean.
Somewhere in there it stopped being a hobby and started being the thing I think about by default.
What I believe
That the most interesting problems are physical, not abstract. That "the cloud" is a misleading word for a very real set of buildings. That it's better to learn in public and be wrong out loud than to look polished and understand nothing.
Who I'm becoming
Still figuring that out. Right now I want to go from reading about infrastructure to actually being near it — and to build things that are small but real. It's early, and I'd rather show the process than fake the destination.
There's a life outside the terminal.
The thing I love most is travelling. It's a real passion — if someone messages me at 3 a.m. saying let's go, unplanned, I'm in before I've asked a single question. Road trips most of all.
The rest is simple: I love talking to my people, the long random conversations that go nowhere in particular. And I genuinely love sleeping. That's me when I'm not staring at infrastructure.
